About 6 weeks ago I began seeing the physical therapists at Connect Physical Therapy in Prospect, CT. I have mostly been treated by Crystal, a wonderfully knowledgeable therapist. I am not an easy patient; I have multiple things wrong with me that have been too wrong for a very long time. Crystal, however, has approached my 77-year-old body with optimism and a wide variety of physical therapy applications. My goals, among others, include better balance, less pain, better gait, ease of mobility, confidence in movement. All the staff is wonderful they're super friendly and they know what they're doing couldn't be happier with their service... Especially Marissa and Sydney are extra wonderful
I couldn't possibly extend enough kudos in this review to accurately describe how impressed I have been with Connect PT.
I'm a 65 year old male. I have had serious back problems dating back to 1992 and have been through countless rounds of physical therapy with sub-par providers. Most have left me feeling like a cow being led through a chute of mindless, impersonal and mostly unsupervised exercise routines with the end result being less than optimal.
I have had 3 lumbar fusions and, most recently, been diagnosed with DISH.
