Mark was absolutely brilliant! The night before our water got ice cold even though our water heater is only 2 and half years old. I called and left a voice message. Mark called 7:30am and arrived with in 30 minutes, fixed everything with in 30 minutes. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out the breaker portion of the hot water heater was completely fried and burnt out. We recently purchased a home in need of some major electrical work. I called Waterford electrical, as well as one other company and a friend of a friend. Waterford Electrical was above and beyond in every aspect. Mark explained everything to me, the pricing, and the process. He pulled the permits and made all the needed phone calls. The work he did was high quality. They showed up on time, worked efficiently with limited interruptions to what we were doing, and cleaned up when they left.
