My cardio training has always been great, but despite good intentions, I seemed to "run out of time" for core and strength. The APT trainers provide top notch personal attention in small group settings where each client has his own personalized training program. Communication between instructors is excellent, so even if you are training with a different instructor, they already know your issues/limitations, training goals, and ballpark weights. Plus they closely supervise technique to be sure you are using the best form. Week after week I can see myself getting stronger! So glad I started coming!“
