I am an optical engineer and a glasses contact wearer with a difficult prescription. Dr. Smith has been my doctor for many years until a few years ago when I moved away. I am going back because she is the most knowledgeable, thorough, and excels at making sure the prescription actually works well and is comfortable. She is among the top few I have visited in my 50 years of eyeglass and contact wearing. She actually understands optics which is fundamentally important but surprisingly rare. Top marks!

I have been a patient of at least 4 eye doctor's offices over my 60 years. I have been cared for by this office for the last 9 or 10 years. They have always been professional.Yes sometimes you have to wait. That is not different from my experiences in other eye Dr's offices. Dr. Smith herself is very personable and through. Always listens to my observations and/or concerns and treats me like a partner in my health care not just a bystander. Vision is not something I take for granted, it is critical. I trust that my eyes are well cared for, even when she tells me things that disappoint me- like after 25 years of wearing contacts, I will likely not be satisfied with my vision unless I switch to glasses. She was right, even though I spent money on contacts to try again, I was not satisfied with what contacts did for my vision. With glasses my vision is better than 20/20.

Dr. Smith and the entire staff was courteous, informative and thorough. I had gotten an eye exam performed at a clinic based in a Walmart store a couple years ago, but the doctor there was FAR less attentive and seemed less knowledgeable than Dr Smith. I recommend this office and the neighboring LensCrafters store to anyone already using glasses or to anyone who has concerns about their eyesight. You won’t be disappointed!
