These guys and girls are the best had a key that couldn't be cut anywhere else. I was looking at going to the dealer paying ridiculous prices. Brother and sister that own this place know what they are doing and cut my transponder key for $5. I would highly recommend rapid locksmith. They also have a brick-and-mortar location cannot be said for any other locksmith in the area.

I highly recommend Rapid Lock & Door. Prior to dispatching a locksmith to our home, Jenna spent a great deal of time researching the specific characteristics of our lock and even emailed instructions on how we could possibly remedy the situation ourselves in order to avoid a house call fee. Jimmy was dispatched the following day, had the problem solved within minutes AND charged us less than we were quoted. Beyond this, the entire staff was friendly and professional. Great job!

Outstanding support from Jenna in the office, both before and after they installed a new lock for my office door. They were very reasonably priced (didn't apply ridiculous markup to hardware they installed), and the tech (Jimmy) was punctual and very professional.
