This is our second trip here and we are VERY satisfied customers. The staff are extremely nice, the massages are the best. We've tried out quite a few nail salons in New London county and this will be our spot from now on. We can't wait to go back!

I was very disappointed in my nails when I had it done last week I go for powder and normally this girl does them however, she wasn’t there. The guy who did it rushed right through it. My fingers looked a mess and at the end and was like do you like what am I gonna say no but I didn’t like it. It looks terrible I have Powder all in my cuticles caked in there they’re chipping it’s bad. Extremely disappointingUpdate : Ke reached out to me to fix my nails and apologized . That was great to have her reach out to me . I returned and had Crystal do my nails and did an amazing job ! Better experience and great customer service . I updated my first review

Ke Nails is great! They always do a nice job. I’ve had manicures and pedicures done and they always come out looking wonderful. Ke is a true artist, she is fast and very talented, she paints beautiful designs on my nails. They all take pride in their work and treat everyone so nice. I look forward to getting my nails done every 2 weeks.
