Wish I knew about this place sooner. She is the greatest eye care physician I've ever come across. Genuinely good people. Waited for me even though I was late. Held my spot for me. I came in without my co pay for my glasses and she waived the fee simply because I really needed them. I'd recommend her to any and everyone I know. Best eye physician in Waterbury hands down!!!!
What a great experience! Carmen gives personal one on one attention - an experienced licensed optician with years of experience in optical lens manufacturing! My husband and I walked in with an urgent need for new lenses and frames and within the hour we walked out with 2 pairs of glasses!! This service is not available anywhere! Professional and reasonably priced - a real hidden gem!Thank you Carmen!!
Broke my glasses and the frames I had were discontinued. Walked in to this place and the owner was extremely helpful in finding me a new pair that my lenses would fit. I would highly recommend this place for your eyeglass needs. Service was outstanding. Store is very clean and organized. ??
