let me start by saying that Dr. Wandel is a good doctor and has a great bedside manner. Here's the problem- this office needs to get on the ball with the ridiculous waiting time to be seen. It's a pattern - plan on canceling any other plans you may have had , 2 hour minimum wait the last few times- sorry to say we may have to move on. they told us they were aware- really? long standing problem- fix it!

This doctor does not even deserve one star. The wait time one time for my mother was over 3 hours and this doctor had the nerve to come in the room with an attitude that she later apologized for because I definitely complained about it. How unprofessional for the doctor to have an attitude as if she was the one waiting that long to begin with.Furthermore my mother bought this lady and her staff breakfast and lunch multiple times and instead of saying they can't accept things like that like they should have, they accepted it multiple times with a smile on their face. My son (who is in his twentys) had an appointment with Dr. White. She was 2 hours late to see him and was super rude and dissmissive of his issue. She spoke down to him and kept cutting him off when he tried to speak. Also, she kept the door open so the packed waiting room could hear every word. He was fighting back tears when he called me at work because he was that embarassed and upset!!! The rest of the staff was wonderful. SHE WAS AWFUL. I hope someone in management sees this review and reprimands her for her awful behavior!!
