I've been going here for a few years now and everyone at New Insight is Wonderful! I've never had a bad experience. They are professional yet friendly. Dr. Villacis is and Dr. Germain are both kind and attentive. They listen to my concerns and always take their time to give me the best possible results. My daughter just went yesterday. It was her first optometric visit ever and she was very pleased with the service she received. I tell everyone about New Insight and highly recommend them!
I am currently 45 years old, and have been wearing progressive bifocals since second grade. The last few years I was unable to get an accurate glasses prescription that worked well. I was then diagnosed with keratoconus, and went to New Insight to be fitted for scleral lenses. I am now seeing with nearly 20/20 vision with the lenses, and only need slight magnification for reading with non-prescription glasses. This is truly life-changing, and New Insight has been a massive help for me. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Villacis was excellent at explaining my vision problems. I felt I had a thorough exam and his office staff and assistants were equally impressive. Highly recommend this practice
