Professional service in a timely manner!
I am waiting for an issue to be resolved concerning my 2015 taxes and will be following up with this review. The initial tax filing meeting in January 2016 went smoothly. At the end of the meeting, I understood that I needed to send in one piece of paperwork to complete the filing. I fulfilled that request in February. I called to check on the status of the filing in late March or April and discovered that our case had been passed onto another representative and that it was **still not filed** with the IRS.
