Miele Electric was able to help us get a new Generac 24kW whole house generator. Carl was extremely helpful in helping us select the appropriate size based off our needs. He was very professional during the installation and throughout the permit process. He made it easy for us to get this completed in a quick timeframe. We have already had to use the generator 3 times since installed last month.
Carl installed our Generac. He was efficient, knowledgeable and always professional. During the flash flood of Aug 18 our road was washed out and no one could reach our house. We needed the oil changed (required after the first 25 hours of use) and the only way Carl could get to our property was to meet us on the road and follow us through the woods (including crossing a stream) with all his oil change equipment. His willingness to go through all this trouble and do it with a smile was greatly appreciated.
