I have bough flooring from them several times at the waterbury location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The person who sold the flooring was unsure of a question I asked and passed it to his manager. He got nack to me the very next day. I bought the Vinyl flooring several times now and love it! The quality is amazing, looks beautiful and easy to clean! I would highly recommend them! They have so many great options as well!

Wonderful experience here. We needed discontinued t mould for our flooring project (cascade falls oak). They had it and put it aside for us, which was a huge relief since its no longer available to order. My husband just picked it up and now we can complete our flooring project, the stress is over :)
