This salon is people friendly the owner is well familiar with keeping up with seminars and continuing education courses to keep up with what is in style. I love the owner is honest with any request. I love she doesn’t only do it for the money or because the customers request it . Lady’s remember you may see a hair style that you seen on a celebrity or another individual just because it looked great on them does not mean it will for you as well. 1st Time here! Wednesday 4:00& it was slow as a salon in Waterbury usually would be. I had no wait 2 stylist 2 clients!!! Awesome!!! I thought it'd be a disaster she wasn't supportive of my home hair treatments. But I stayed quiet as I try to be pleasant ( they have my hair under their control)) Her suggestions for hair heat protector was on the money. Anyone that goes to a Dominican hair salon, knows there's a lot of heat your hair must endure for a beautiful finish! She also didn't keep me under her blow dryer forever She was fast & did a great job at the same time! Usually that's not possible. When u go fast it's bc you have other clients and the stylist doesn't do her job correctly! That's the reason I go when the salon is quiet!! She didn't Burn me, & she was efficient !! Way to Go!! My hair looks great !! I am definitely going to cheat a little on my Permanent Stylist by coming here when I'm pressed for time!! what can I say she's Good & she uses name brand hair products!
