I was seen by Doctor Roden and also by Tina and I was going to return for a follow-up. Until I was having a bad day and missed my appointment. A staff member called me about my missed appointment and began to speak to me with a nasty scolding tone and said if I miss another appointment ( again she didn't know my state of mind or medical conditions) continue to speak to me in a manor that was irritating me the more she spoke saying I would be charged and not seen again. I thought to myself good luck getting paid for service not rendered by the insurance. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. He REALLY listens to everything you say and addresses every issue. He comes across as a very compassionate man who is honestly concerned for your comfort and treatment.
