Really poor and slow communication. I had to send several follow up emails before receiving a one word response. When I found out they filled my taxes late they somehow blamed me. I also spoke with other accountant who claim could've saved a significant amount in taxes if I didn't listen to Ray Rossi. All in all, Would not work with they guys again.
