CELIA BEAUTY GLOW is located right across from the university of Connecticut in the middle of downtown Waterbury, just walking distance from the bus stop. We offer a variety of services from braids, locks, crocheting, sewings etc. We also do nails and lashes. We are growing company and are still adding more services!
