As for the pad that fits underneath the carpet, it is of good quality.It is for an apartment that is above another one, so along with cushioning your feet when walking on it, it muffles the sound a little better as well.The crew of two arrived as on time and called me to inform me they arrived. They were professional, friendly, and informative as well. I was kept up to speed regarding the progress while they were doing the job.They did a nice job of cleaning the mess at the end of the job.They called me to tell me they were just about done and wanted to know if I wanted to take a look at the results of their labor.I walked the whole perimeter, including four rooms with three closets. Everything looks as good or better than I had imagined!I was unable to find any errors or blemishes. I could only find high quality work and lovely carpeting.If you need carpets installed, I recommend you have this company do the work.“
