“We purchased carpeting from The Home Depot and American Carpet from Waterbury performed the installation.The carpet we chose is of a mid-level grade. It feels great to walk on it. As for the pad that fits underneath the carpet, it is of good quality.It is for an apartment that is above another one, so along with cushioning your feet when walking on it, it muffles the sound a little better as well.The crew of two arrived as on time and called me to inform me they arrived. They were professional, friendly, and informative as well. I was kept up to speed regarding the progress while they were doing the job.They did a nice job of cleaning the mess at the end of the job.They called me to tell me they were just about done and wanted to know if I wanted to take a look at the results of their labor.I walked the whole perimeter, including four rooms with three closets. Everything looks as good or better than I had imagined!I was unable to find any errors or blemishes. I could only find high quality work and lovely carpeting.If you need carpets installed, I recommend you have this company do the work.“

“Quick and efficient response to our hot water heater basement disaster.
All items were packed carefully. Specifically speaking, my parents had a collection of ships and each was wrapped separately. This was greatly appreciated since this prevented what could have been a tangled, frustrating mess.
I was present for the pack out delivery and the team of 3 workers were polite, professional, did as instructed and had to navigate an inconvenient situation in that my parents car (parked in the garage) decided to not start due to a dead battery. There were no complaints.
The only suggestion that I can make is that the furniture should be packed in the truck to come out first and brought down to the basement area. It was slightly difficult to navigate around the multitude of boxes.
