We purchased carpeting from The Home Depot and American Carpet from Waterbury performed the installation.The carpet we chose is of a mid-level grade. It feels great to walk on it. As for the pad that fits underneath the carpet, it is of good quality.It is for an apartment that is above another one, so along with cushioning your feet when walking on it, it muffles the sound a little better as well.The crew of two arrived as on time and called me to inform me they arrived. They were professional, friendly, and informative as well. After a nightmare of a countertop installation from a different contracted company thru Home Depot- American Carpet (also contracted thru HD) was a breath of fresh air. Todd came out and was honest about doing my backsplash and how it wouldn’t look good until the other company fixed their issue-After a couple weeks of stressful encounters with the other company it was finally resolved and Todd came back and did an awesome job on my backsplash.100% recommend this company

This company has cleaned my oversized couch and ottoman twice and I have been extremely happy with the professionalism, price and the overall experience both times. I will absolutely use them in the future to do my carpets. The gentleman that came was punctual and very thorough and they fit my appointment in the very day after I called. I definitely recommend their services.
