I get a manicure while at Byrd and the B Hair Salon ( under the same roof) and she is very flexible and patient with timing and working around the stylists. Price very reasonable. Very pleasant environment. She uses natural products without harsh chemicals.“

“I got the spa pedicure which was amazing, I loved it so much! After that service I got the serene scalp ritual massage which was also amazing, until I got off the bed and my hair was in so many knots and was left a mess. I feel like for $85 they would include after the massage a brush or have someone brush out my hair at least. I have thick curly hair and it looked and felt crazy. Other than that everyone was very kind and it was a great experience!“

“I travel over 3hrs each way to see Lucy. She’s my hair Goddess/ Wizard/ Magician. I’m blonde and crazy picky about every aspect of my hair. And with Lucy, I literally walk in and say “do your thing”. She’s the maestro and I’ve never had anything less than stellar results. Also, the spa, the owner (hey hey Scott!), and the vibe of this place is totally on point. The salon is filled with amazing art and beautiful things to purchase, with lots of stunning jewelry from Marrakech, Morocco, where the owner has an equally chic Riad for rent. They have pop-up collaborations with local businesses like the Uber-fab WKND, Litchfield Co.’s most fashionable men & women’s clothing store. It’s all that & a bag of chips.“

“This place is now under new management and man does it show! Very polite staff. The mango pedicure was so aromatic, and relaxing! Lily gave the best calf and foot massage! Included in this is a callus remover, 10 minute leg massage, paraffin treatment with a neck massage while getting this. The color selection is fair compared to other salons, but still good, I love that they use OPI. Spa pedicures range from 45$-85$ which is comparable to other local nail salons! So happy after trying to walk in to 4 other salons I tried here!!“

“I’ve been going to chocolate nails for almost 3 years now, absolutely love my nail tech Sunny, she’s so sweet and does such a great job all the time, very attentive. In my last visit when she was finishing the service the new manager came over and started arguing with her in their language, to the point that everyone in the salon was staring at. For the first time I felt so uncomfortable there.I really think the new manager is not a good fit, and is not the first time that clients feel uncomfortable with him around.Really hope to see some improvement.“
