After repairs to my HVAC system 3 years ago and the installation of two upgraded setback thermostats. Siddall has been unresponsive to my multiple requests for service. I've spoken with the owner several times, been promised callbacks and have been ignored every time. If you're interested in good and responsive service DO NOT USE SIDDALL! Apparently their website requires a 1 to 5 star rating to post so I gave them 1 star which is much more than they deserve.Service: Repair HVAC

I'm completely dissatisfied with Siddall Heating & Cooling's ignoring my multiple conversations with them and their promises for callbacks which never happened. 1 star is the least I could give them, this more than generous.

Bob Siddall is the consummate professional. From my first telephone call to his company, when I was looking for a contractor in my area, he was very responsive and very prompt to make an appointment to come quote my job. Bob came, looking very professional and listened to my desires, concerns and help me develop the full scope of the project with a lot of insightful information from his vast knowledge of HVAC systems. I knew I wanted a ductless heat pump type system because it does both heating and cooling, depending on the need. Bob suggested LG And gave detailed reasons why it is a great system to go with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product he was suggesting. On two or three occasions during my interactions with him, he was in fact at advanced training for these type of systems... That gave me further confidence in him, his knowledge, and his ability. After exploring a multitude of possible configurations, which was time-consuming and meant a good amount of research, and revisiting the site, Bob was forever patient, and always the consummate professional. Once I decided on what units to go with, his crew did a beautiful job of installing the system. I am so happy with not only Bob's service, and dedication to stellar customer service... But also, to how wonderfully the system has performed especially in the subzero temperatures we've had lately. Any up concerns, questions that I've had, Bob has been there to help, and always with a smile. Siddal Heating and Cooling set the bar very high with their professionalism, customer service, and above all knowledge. If I could give more than 5 Stars in this review, I would. Mark Garrison
