And within just a few classes, I was hooked. Not only has my back pain decreased significantly, but I’ve found a place where I can truly shift away from the busyness of everyday life and refocus. I have been to many yoga studios back when I lived in NYC and DC, and Kaia surpasses all of them. The instructors are terrific and the community is so kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommended!“

I’m about 3 weeks into treatment and have noticed a significant improvement; the combination of active release and therapeutic ultrasound (in addition to some at-home supplemental treatments) has improved my quality of life. The fact that he’s a really likable guy is a great bonus.“

“At Fresh Yoga it’s a community not just a yoga studio. The teachers are all great and different in their own ways. I have been going to Fresh for 5 years now and it is by far the best studio I have been to. If looking for a yoga training program I highly recommend Heidi’s Teacher yoga training, not only does she prepare you for teaching but you discover so much more about yourself as well.“

Her voice is calm and meditative and the class is fluid, poses with movement, a subtle work out without feeling pushed. “I'm new to the studio and recently took the candlelight yoga class and combo class. I absolutely loved the candlelight yoga as Kellie created a very calm, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in the studio for our practice. I equally enjoyed the Combo class where Kellie incorporates barre, pilates and yoga. Kellie is an amazing instructor and such a kind and wonderful person!! Her studio is very charming, I just love the mural of the trees covering one entire wall. Sitting under the trees with my mat rolled out, I almost feel transported deep into a forest where I can feel their presence watching over me in the most caring and wisest of ways.“
