We had a leak from our 43 year old HVAC system that took me awhile to notice. While there wasn’t inches of water, it was enough to soak a portion of the carpeting in my basement. I called Servpro and within a few hours, they had a remediation team at my door. Asim & Claudio vacuumed up the moisture, cut back carpeting, removed padding, and placed humidifiers and fans to dry up the rest. They returned again, this time it was Asim & Chelly, and they cut out some Sheet Rock and took out the remaining carpet, padding, and tackless. The entire process took about 7 months. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, it was a pleasure working with Gary, Sebastian and the entire construction team. Both Gary and Sebastian were easy to work with, responsive to our needs, and always readily available to answer questions.
Overall, we are happy with the results and even happier to be back in our house!
The team of Veronica, Shelly, Elizabeth, Rosario, Lidia, Angel and Angel Jr were great. They did a great job cleaning the whole house. They were efficient and thorough. They communicated clearly and explained everything they did before they did the work. I highly recommend using this crew.
