R&M did an amazing job on my furnace. I've had a faint smell of exhaust for well over a year, on a furnace that was serviced yearly by another company. I called R&M to try someone else. He showed me how dirty and out of adjustment my furnace was... like it hasn't been serviced in years. He adjusted everything and gave it a thorough cleaning. Not a hint of odor from my oil furnace now. Very happy with R&M and I highly recommend them.

We are currently in a heatwave and our central air decided to stop working. Chris was highly recommended and now I know why. He was able to squeeze us in the same day for a quote as we were told last year from a different company that we needed a new unit (so we assumed this one was dead). Chris came and offered to take a peek to see if it was something that was fixable. He was able to fix it and get it working same day and even said this unit might last us a few more years. He saved us thousands of dollars today and very easily could have told us it was broken and I wouldn’t have known any better. I cannot speak anymore highly for Chris and his company-honest, reliable and top notch customer service. When our unit does eventually die (hopefully not for a little bit) we will 1000% be going to R&M for a new unit.
