We are currently in a heatwave and our central air decided to stop working. Chris was highly recommended and now I know why. He was able to squeeze us in the same day for a quote as we were told last year from a different company that we needed a new unit (so we assumed this one was dead). Chris came and offered to take a peek to see if it was something that was fixable. He was able to fix it and get it working same day and even said this unit might last us a few more years. He saved us thousands of dollars today and very easily could have told us it was broken and I wouldn’t have known any better. I cannot speak anymore highly for Chris and his company-honest, reliable and top notch customer service. When our unit does eventually die (hopefully not for a little bit) we will 1000% be going to R&M for a new unit.

I contacted R&M Heating and Cooling today because my central air unit was leaking. I was dumping buckets of water every couple of hours. I was adamant that it was the pump, that it needed to be replaced. It was not the pump. It was an easier fix but he could have very easily charged me to replace the pump and I would not have known any better. I will always call them for my HVACR needs going forward because this is an honest company. My old guy moved to SC last year and my BIGGEST fear was getting ripped off by an unethical company.
