My grandmother is very happy with the service and products provided here. She won't use their restroom though - it is unusually gross given the care put into the rest of the business.Nice, small waiting area with two comfortable chairs and a coffee machine.
I was in need of help after my mastectomy. This establishment is gear to help women who need prosthetics. They are very knowledgeable in both insurance coverage and products. They have beautiful products. I have been going there years and I am always amazed at the product to make feel whole and beautiful. I recommend them.
Had a great experience shopping in this store; they had a great selection compared to other places i have tried in the past. Love how they worked directly with my insurance company prior to my appointment so they knew what i could get and what i would need to come out of pocket for. While It is frustrating that you need an appointment in order to shop, it is because of the paperwork necessary to work with the insurance companies. Maybe they should offer one night a month where people can just come in and browse and try things on ? I left with 3 prosthetics and some bras and some tank top/camisoles. The staff was very accommodating with trying different styles and sizes.... read full review
