Tim took another approach and intended to have a look from above and let me know if there was structural damage in need of immediate repair and he was true to his quote. This saved me the cost of taking out a plaster ceiling while fixing the leaking issue from above with a beautiful new roof. The work crew was fast and very professional, replacing roofs on 2 extensions in 2 days. There was a small mix-up on roof color, but they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Communication was challenging at times, but they held to their timelines during a busy season.“
