I used these guys for over a year maybe close to 2. They had keys to my 10 units where they would service in the event of any tenant maintenance calls. After so much time I trusted them, and prepaid $5,600 for future invoices. Shortly after this, they stopped maintaining my units, started writing me nasty emails, stopped picking up the phone. Just old fashioned scammers. Don't be fooled by the high road they present. Terrible people. They also disconnected the tenant autolocks so my tenants were locked out of their apartments. I hired Mike and AMI Home Improvements to do a quick trash pick-up around a property I manage; the yard was in need of a lot of attention but my focus was just the trash. I figured I would do a spring clean-up at a later date. Mike started sending me pictures (as he always does which I absolutely love especially since I can't always be there to see the work) and the before and the afters were shocking. I didn't just get a trash clean-up I got a spring clean-up; there were mounds of leaves everywhere, there was piles of debris outside the fenced in area, the was junk that needed to be hauled off.
