I had a deep-tissue massage followed by a facial. Massage was good, although slightly less than the 60 minutes booked. Facial was okay in terms of skin care, however the aesthetician described at the start a "dry scalp massage" would be done while a mask set. She barely touched my scalp but managed to totally tangle my medium-length hair. I was working knots out with a comb for 30 minutes afterward. At checkout, I learned a 20% tip was included. While I typically tip generously for service, this was a situation where I would have appreciated more control. I am unlikely to return.
My wife and I had an amazing experience at the Spa. We had booked a couples massage however we found out at the last second that my wife is pregnant. The staff at Mandara went out of their way to come up with different suggestions. The amenities and design of the spa were amazing. We can not wait to go back. Thank you once again Mandara!
Had a very nice long weekend here and decided to get a fire and ice massage with a lady named cris. OMG. She worked out every kink I had . It's been 2 days since I had a massage and I still feel so good and stretched out. I'll definitely be looking her up again when I visit Mohegan again. Plus I loved the relaxation room and the sauna, hot tub and steam room. Total Bliss. I also want to give a shout out to the young lady that booked me and Cynthia, so personable. Thank you ladies
