“We have had Mohegan oil for 5-6 years now. We have always had a good experience with them. Timely deliveries and positive customer service interactions when I’ve called with a question and setting up our account. But felt compelled to leave a written review today after service that went above and beyond. 48 hours ago we just began to dig out from a winter storm that had left 2+ feet of snow on the ground. Yesterday I had noticed that our tank was down to a quarter, so I knew Mohegan would be out soon the fill it. Unfortunately I hadn’t quite gotten to shoveling out a path to our oil pipe. Jon M (our delivery driver) not only trekked through the snow to fill our tank, he also brought my trash can up from the road. It would have been completely reasonable for Mohegan to have left us a message to take care of it and they would come back, but instead Jon took the extra time to make sure that my family stayed warm.
