We have used B-T Tile for numerous projects over the past 2 years. We are currently building a house and Ralph from B-T has gone over and above to help us many times! This is a 5 star business because of both the selection of tile and the outstanding and friendly customer service. Although they are a bit further from our new home, we will be traveling to B-T Tile whenever we need anything that they can supply. I highly recommend this business!
The most expensive part of tile is buying cheap junk and needing to redo it! Buy quality the first time at B-T Tile! Thanks for all the help Robin! The project turned out great, and we've gotten tons of compliments on the quality materials.
The people at BT Tile & Carpet are all very accommodating and the showroom is well stocked. They provided a thorough but quick estimate and the installation was very well done. Furthermore, the installer was polite, very neat and removed the empty product boxes/trash when he completed his work. He offered advice about care and cleaning post installation. No problems at all and we are very happy with the results. Very impressed and absolutely no regrets! I recommend you see the people at BT Tile & Carpet about your floor covering needs.
