Hate to do this but this place is the absolute worst! They're in my neighborhood so I wanted to give them business. The first time I went, I dropped off a work suit, only to discover when I was at the hotel getting ready for a large banquet, to my surprise there was NO pants in the bag!!! I had to wear jeans and was thoroughly embarrassed. Then I called the next day to tell them and the owner told me they said they were in the plastic bag. When i told her they weren't, she said "I didn't lose your anything" and HUNG the phone up on me!

They hemmed my daughter's middle school graduation dress. They were off by a mile from what we requested. Took it back and asked for it to be fixed. Worker was rude. Told me it was too late, nothing they can do now.

I had a horrible experience with my wedding dress getting cleaned here. It took over 4 months and THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DRESS THREE TIMES!!! My husband has gone to get clothes cleaned there and his shirts have come back without buttons. AVOID this spot.
