Kevin inspected two properties for me. He did a great job pointing things out that others could not and he knew exactly what to look for. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a home or figuring out what works needs to be done on their home.

Kevin Morey has done several home inspections for us and he is fantastic. He is incredibly responsive, thorough and professional. He takes his time with home inspectors more than anyone else and is always crystal clear with his findings. He also takes whatever time is needed to explain what everything means. We actually had a major an issue with a home we were going to purchase, which was discovered prior to Kevin's official inspection. There was a lot of back and forth with us and the seller (bigtime water damage - ugh!). We were pretty lost at times as to what everything meant, but Kevin weathered the storm with us, taking his time and helping us to understand the complex issue. He really cared, and made us feel like someone had our backs during an incredibly stressful situation. We ultimately didn't purchase the house and felt confident with another home after Kevin's excellent inspection. We've been there nearly three years and zero surprises have arisen thanks to Kevin's meticulous work. I recommend Kevin to everyone without hesitation. I trust him implicitly - He is simply the best!

I have used the services of Morey Inspections on 4 separate occasions for houses I have purchased and for homes of family members. Kevin ALWAYS does a very thorough inspection of all aspects of the house and grounds. His recommendations are spot on and always correct. I myself personally hold four State of Ct trade licenses ( Plumbing/ Heating /HVAC/Electrical) and I call him for advice on the whole home.There are never any surprises after purchase when you use this company.
