Went in for a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was fine but when I got my nails done I asked for short almond shape, I work at a computer and need to type. The nails are too long I asked she cut them down a bit more and she barely took any off. They are always rushing and I will not be going back. I also believe she charged me for a full set and manicure and didn’t give me a manicure my cuticles look a mess.

Horrible is the best way to describe this establishment. My daughter has gotten her nails done there twice and both times the nails looked good. It all went south when two nails broke and she had to go get them fixed. This is what they look like after they fix them. I called the salon to ask about options to have them redone.the mail technician was insanely rude on the phone. And he ended up hanging up on me.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WHEN YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY LIE ABOUT WHO IT IS. WHY ARE YOU PUTTING A TIP ON THE TOE AND THEN PUTTING 5 LAYERS OF GEL OVER IT??? A PEDICURE COMES WITH LOTION OR OIL ALL THEY DID WAS SPRAY ALCOHOL, LEFT THE SALON WITH MESSY TOES. AND WHEN YOU TELL THEM ABOUT IT THEY MAKE THE POOREST EXCUSES ABOUT IT. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO MY MOM CAME IN A MONTH AGO AND THE MAN KEPT HITTING HER HAND HARD TO SIGNAL TO GET THE OTHER HAND USE YOUR MOUTH TO SPEAK!!!!! AND DO NOT BE MAD YOU DO NOT GET A TIP IF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT OF SATISFACTION. THIS IS WHY YOU HAVE A 2.7 RATING AND ITS ABOUT TO GO DOWN. SHUT THE WHOLE SALON...read full review
