Working with T & M has been fantastic! My wife and I have been looking for a new home for years but have been unable to find our “dream home”. We learned that T&M was building in Suffield, so we contacted Joe Duva to learn about the new neighborhood and the steps involved to build. We were super excited to learn that Suffield Chase will connect to Wisteria Lane, which has always been our favorite neighborhoods in town, complemented by the fact that we could build our own new home there! They also allow for the perfect amount of customization to keep things relatively simple while allowing you to make each your own. We have worked with Joe through every step of the process, and in every e-mail or phone call I make (and I make a lot!), he responded almost immediately, helping us make home building decisions quickly. T&M went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect home and lot for our family, and we have now built our "dream home"! I cannot give enough positive feedback on Joe and the T&M team!

Purchased a new home built by T&M.The only bad thing about my purchase experience was the number of times that i had to follow up. There was no clear communication on when the property will be ready for booking. I had to follow up daily to check if the unit became available for booking.The quality of the construction itself was satisfactory. There were a few nail pops which showed up very quickly once we moved in but the warranty period covered for these.I also liked the fact that T&M has been responsive beyond the warranty period. They help solve problems or give suggestions.Services: Project management
