This company is amazing!!! A special shout out to JUAN RUIZ AND JUAN GALVEZ!!! These two are VERY hard working and amazing. They are very articulate in performing their job and make sure that it is completed COMPLETELY AND CORRECTLY!! They are an asset to this company. Another shout out to JACKIE and her team. Also VERY good on what they do. This disastrous smoke puff back event turned our world upside down at a horrible time as I was recovering from knee replacement surgery and was very limited to what I could do. We had damage from a tree limb during a windstorm. Andy from Servpro came out as soon as we discovered the damage and mold. He sent a crew out promptly, headed by Ashley. She was great. Kept us well informed during remediation. Took pictures and explained everything thoroughly. A pleasure to deal with!
