A+++++I rent out a condo in New Milford, CT, had a leak going to the unit below that was coming from the shower/bathtub so it was urgent. Spoke with Mr. Tom himself Wed. morning, he had someone assess the job within 1 hour of me hanging up the phone. To make things even better, he had a brand new shower/tub/surround with all new plumbing/fixtures installed the very next day, (Thursday). Started Thursday 10am and finished Thursday 4pm. Tom, and the guys that did the install (Phil and his apprentice) did amazing work. Highly Recommended and reasonably priced. I wish all businesses ran this properly.Thanks Guys!
