Friendly person working there, however, I got the feeling she was either new and/or had little training on customer service. I wasn't offered towels for the sauna. When I asked, I was told the towels were 'at the dry cleaners.' She asked why I wanted a towel (um.. to sit on, wrap around my body while in the sauna??) and handed me a hand towel. During the foot cleanse, the lighting was a bright and overhead fluorescent unit.. Not exactly a tranquil and relaxing vibe. Otherwise, very clean and mostly a nice vibe.

My daughter and I went to Salt Time this afternoon for a little self-care. We both had the Foot Ion Cleanse and Salt Room. From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience and very relaxing!The stuff that comes out of your feet is amazing (and disgusting!).Sitting in the salt room, you felt like you were on an oasis. The ambiance in the room immediately relaxes you, I could've sat there for hours!

Incredible GEM right here in Torrington!! Do yourself a favor and get here quick!! I love love the salt room, sauna, and best massage therapists!! Amazing, relaxing and very well priced for incredible services!! *****FIVE STARS*****
