Steve Powell is what I refer to in the building and service trades as “the real deal”. His knowledge is genuine, not lip service and he is not the yes man.
I highly recommend him for anything vacuum related.
Great sales and service! They have been keeping my central vac going for years now. Always has great advice for a problem or an upgrade. Quality products and service, as well as tips for maintenance, which you won't ever get from a big box store!
I have had one rule for my Husband in our 33 year marriage, do not ever (and I mean EVER) buy me an appliance to cook or clean with. He has honored that rule. I was so happy fpr the gentlemen at Powell's who assisted me in my purchase. The best service ever!
