Very nice friendly staff really made my day today. Trying to make sure I was doing an order correctly and they helped me every step of the way. To all the employees of p&h in torrington especially Jason they do a tremendous job always are pleasant and willing to help . The amount of inventory always amazes me and if by chance they don't have a part it's there first thing the next morning .

Plimpton & Hills is great. Jason at the Torrington branch helped me by getting material on Sunday. This allowed me to help my customer get their plumbing back on. Also Susan, Ray, Bob, Orlando, Jose, Josh and Rob give my company great service. Plimpton & Hills is my favorite supplier.
