We have a 3 story private elevator that unfortunately broke right before the holiday. We called Elevator Service Company and they were terrific! They dispatched a top notch technician who was extremely professional and punctual. The repair technician diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running the same day. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is my 2nd pneumatic elevator. Bought my first one when they had recently come out with it in my previous house. Loved it. so when I built a new house, I ordered the same elevator. Still love it! It works great, always. Very reliable, looks beautiful and works well. Elevator Service Company is a great company. Whatever, I have needed (which is not much), they have always been responsive. I would not hesitate to buy another elevator from them.
