Trouble from the beginning. No communication. Had to keep calling store to find out what was going on." Too many complaints to list. Go to another store, (not Torrington) even with sticking with Delenes. It's a shame because Delenes is a good family run company.

Guess they didn’t want our business because we’ve been waiting over a week just for a quote. Was told it would be two days, we called on the third day, then told to wait another 3 days and still nothing. What a waste of my time when I could’ve used someone else and had install complete by now. They knew we had a baby coming and had just moved and was told we could have install the following week after the measurements were done which would have been NOW! Very disappointed, go to Home Depot or Lowe’s instead.

Torrington store. Trouble from the beginning. Mismeaured. Installers had to come twice. No communication. Had to keep calling store to find out what was going on. Would have not even been concerned about this except color of the carpet is not what we picked and absolutely no follow up from company to see how things went. Was going to let it go but just had to replace a different carpet went to Lowes awesome experience. I do want to add I had no complaints about the company installing for Dalene they were excellent.
