Bob and Tina Carlson and the team at Carlson Heating, Air and Hot Water, Inc have taken care of our heating and A/C needs for many years. They are knowledgeable, they do good work, and we are very grateful for their help.
I called to ask about a new customer boiler service. Because I'm so far out, Carlson said they likely wouldn't be able to service it, I live nearly an hour away.To my surprise, they called me back shortly after to setup an appointment!They were a great help.
From a furnace cleaning to gettimg someone out for a service call I highly recommend calling Rich Carlson. He does and excellent job for a resonable price. Made and appt for a furnace cleaning Wayne came and did an excellent job. Several days later had a problem with the nozzle, called for service on a rainy Saturday night. Rich came out and replaced the nozzle, no charge. They stand behind what they do. Rich and Wayne are true professionals.
