From a furnace cleaning to gettimg someone out for a service call I highly recommend calling Rich Carlson. He does and excellent job for a resonable price. Made and appt for a furnace cleaning Wayne came and did an excellent job. Several days later had a problem with the nozzle, called for service on a rainy Saturday night. Rich came out and replaced the nozzle, no charge. They stand behind what they do. Rich and Wayne are true professionals.

Just want to say how much I appreciate Rich Carlson and his team! Our A/C was down during the hottest week of the year and Rich and his team worked to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. Rich worked to explain what was wrong, the options for fixing, and gave us a spot on estimate. Rich was personable, helpful, and trustworthy. I recommend him to all who have need and am very happy to trust all our HVAC work to him.
