Called in after hours on a Sunday evening with a water leak, Pat helped me over the phone and even FaceTimed to help and see what was going on. Josh and Zac were sent out to Stafford in the morning. The issue turned out to be a bit more than was expected, but they did a great job taking the time to get me up and running again! Great crew, highly recommend! Thank you!

Banner Water/Michael just installed a brand new water softener at my home. He was fast, efficient and explained everything I asked completely and then cleaned up completely. He did much better plumbing work than the previously installed softener by another company. Everything was to code with no shortcuts which made me happy. Price was good for the job and Im very pleased. Special thanks to Pat and Chris too for their input. Oh this company actually answers the phone when you call rather than an answering machine, nice touch. Trust Banner Water to treat you right at the right price. thanks Banner!
