Our experience with Thomaston Oil has been simple and good. We've asked for home oil deliveries and gotten them right on time, every time. No delays, no problems, courteous, professional service. And then there's this: they are about $1 per gallon cheaper than the oil company we had been using until last year. That's made a significant dent in our heating budget, and we're grateful. From our perspective this is a responsible company that we're pleased to deal with. If that changes, we'll let you know.

We had an issue with an unstable tenant making multiple bogus calls and causing damage to our utilities. Thomaston showed up and was very understanding towards our situation. They dealt very professionally towards the unstable tenant and didn't charge us for the unnecessary call. We were completely floored with the generosity and understanding they showed us. We were already using them and now we won't use anyone else. Thank you!!!!

Review is for their customer service for oil, I haven't used them for anything else yet. I let my oil tank run out by accident... when I called my local oil company, they shamed me because I had stopped auto-delivery with them due to the high prices. Thomaston Oil on the other hand, was friendly and kind, she did everything she could to see who might already be in the area and able to get here same-day, while still being competitive in pricing. Thank you!!
