I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work. The workers that did the roof were very courteous, helpful and communicated with us and answered all our questions, when they were done, another person came out to inspect the grounds to make sure all debris, nails, etc were all picked up and disposed of (he had a little machine that rolled on the ground and would find and pick up anything metal).
