“Rosa Home Improvement installed two storm doors for us. Paul Rosa, the owner, came to the house, measured for the doors, then sat down with my one, and only with a brochure. She picked the style, and is no fool about tech specs having been on many Habitat for Humanity builds. I was at work. During this time of pandemic and supply shortages, Paul, none the less got the two doors in considerably less time than expected, and one of his men installed them while we were away. The workers that did the roof were very courteous, helpful and communicated with us and answered all our questions, when they were done, another person came out to inspect the grounds to make sure all debris, nails, etc were all picked up and disposed of (he had a little machine that rolled on the ground and would find and pick up anything metal). Then they came out for a final inspection a few days later, our roof looks great“
