Tim came out and looked at what was wrong with my furnace and told me what had to be replaced and what the cost was going to be. He had it all broken down on the sheet and offered to take the price of the repair and put it towards a new furnace. My furnace is old and needs replacing, so I know he was on the level. He got it up and running pretty quickly, so far so good. He was polite and to the point. I would recommend Ross one hour heating and air conditioning. My house warmed up nicely. I've used them before and like the service.
