Jeremy was very polite, very through and answered any questions I had. He made an appointment and was here at the scheduled time frame. I called Friday and had an appointment the next day for the start of the treatment.
Tremendous service. Called and spoke with very helpful customer service about a significant wasp nest problem. Was contacted immediately by the technician (Billy). Clearly explained the procedure and cost and arranged for next day service. Communicated clearly the entire time. Arrived exactly on time as promised. Took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Extremely professional. Will definitely use them for any pest problems and maintenance. Recommend most highly.
If you're looking for an exterminator these are the best! Very responsive to your call within 48 hours my problem with yellow jackets were treated. Knowledgeable polite and courteous I'm going to have my whole house sprayed in the spring for a great price no more ants no more bees no more pests.
