They were great. Got back to me in a timely fashion for both an estimate and scheduling a time to have my driveway resurfaced. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their driveway resurfaced.
I have make the payment for the pre-paid program several months ago. I have called several times and sent two email to schedule the service. No response so far. They used to be very responsive and provided good service. It is very disappointing to be treated this way a a repeat customer.Update: I just received a call from Jet-Black corporate support this morning, who guaranteed that work will be performed as part of the pre-paid program. Hope this would be resolved. It is really good to know that the service is 100% backed by the entity no matter what happens to the local franchise.
Jet-Black did a great job sealing our driveway. Mike arrived within a week to provide a quote, and once I accepting the quote, he was able to schedule the work the very next day. All work was completed as promised. Very clean and quality work.I highly recommend Jet-Black!!
