Dave Smith (owner) came out to look at the project and gave me some great ideas on how to beautify the space that would be within my budget and make the most sense to maximize the space (it's a room above a garage with it's own entrance). The followup for scheduling his team to come was seamless and the communication ongoing as we mapped towards that date. The work was not only professional the team/workers were as well. They had our project completed in a timely manner and you would never had known they were there upon completion. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! Even I want to stay there!“

“Mike the owner did a good job at giving a quote and showing up when scheduled.Beth in the office was great in the initial meeting and selection of colors/materials.Work began on time.Material were as described.Initial work appeared to be good quality.Upon going out on the roof several issues were discovered.Beth was quick to acknowledge the issues and schedule repairs/adjustments.Issues were resolved and the clean up was very good. On site supervisor was very good.The bulk of the issues appear to be due to one employee who was the roofer and chimney guy.Cost was on par with other companies.Gutters were installed by another contractor they arrange. He did a fabulous job.Overall, good job with a few hiccups.“

“We were very impressed with the service we received from JS and R Roofing when they installed our new roof. Once we agreed on what we wanted, the job was scheduled within the week and they completed the work in two days. The team worked long and hard on the first day to make sure the main roof of our three-story Victorian was buttoned up before the snow storm that came the next day. They protected our siding and windows and cleaned up after themselves, which isn't any easy task here on our windy hill. We recommend the JS and R team to anyone needing work done.
