“I have been to many places for a dog wash and nail trimming. This establishment is outstanding. All of the wash equipment works well every time, soap, towels, perfect dryers all supplied. The wash tub lowers for older dogs to get in, but then raises up so you can wash your dog at a comfortable height. Every employee I have talk to is very professional and polite. The owner has a desire and attitude to not only be concerned about the dog, but also wants to make sure the person is 100% satisfied. I am not connected with this business, but believe it is an excellent business model.“

“We just picked up our miniature dachshund from his first appointment with Ruff and Tumble! Overall it was a good experience and Oscar came home happy. My only qualm is the pricing. We were quoted $55-65 and upon bringing him in we were told $65 - ok no problem. When my husband picked him up he paid $80+ and we were advised there was a service fee because another person was required to be there. As first time customers I would have appreciated a phone call just letting us know there would be an additional cost and asking if we wanted to proceed (of course we would but it’s the principle of double checking). We also asked for trim/confirmed it would be a trim and he received a full groom leaving some of his hair choppy (again not a big deal if they think he needed more than a trim, but just give us a heads up). I’m still giving 4 stars despite the few concerns because I know grooming is high stress, they kept him comfortable, he looks happy and clean!“

“Lisa is very accommodating, great with pups and does a wonderful job with their cuts. I inquired for an appointment for both of my small dogs and was offered an appointment within a week. She was professional, affordable and my dog’s new haircuts look great. “I have a 9 month siberian cat. She has enough fur to make 2 cats. She was matted. When I dropped her off I wasn't sure how much of all that fur they would need to take off. Happy to say she looks absolutely wonderful. Doesn't look they had to shave anything. No bald spots. Tammy thank so very much for taking great care of Willow! “Blue and I had a wonderful first visit to Salmon Brook Veterinary Hospital today! We were greeted by Dawn, who was wonderful with Blue. Then we met with Dr. Groshek, who answered all of my questions thoroughly and kindly. I did not feel like we were being rushed, and I feel that the staff, including the receptionists, are very knowledgeable and professional. Five stars!!“
